Random numbers.

This site serves as an independent rebroadcast of the NIST randomness beacon. An identical REST API is available under See the NIST beacon page for details. Numbers broadcast by NIST have their signatures checked and are added to this site each minute with a small lag. Note, unencrypted HTTP is also available here. Because records are signed, this may be acceptable for many applications.

Rather than mass-querying the REST API, a download of the entire NIST randomness beacon history is available at here, in CSV and in raw binary format. Source code for verifying signatures and reading the binary version will be added here in the near future.

See also the Random Digits page for other historical standard random digit table goodness.
